The Gilmore Car Museum is the ideal place for groups of all types to gather and tour. Whether you’re members of a car club, the local Rotary Club, or a part of a senior group, you’ll enjoy all the Gilmore Car Museum has to offer. Tours are self-guided, so you can browse the exhibits and partner museums at your own pace. Gilmore Car Museum staff and volunteers are on-hand at every turn and we’re always ready to answer your questions.

If you prearrange your visit to the museum, we’ll discount the admission price for each member of your organization. For groups of 15 adults or more, admission during the Winter Season (December-March) is $10/person and during the Summer Season (April-November), $11/person. If your group arrives by motor coach, your driver’s admission is free!

If you’re a travel professional, the Gilmore Car Museum is the ideal venue and planning is easy! Tour guests can make a whole day out of visiting the Museum. They can spend an hour or two in the beautiful Automotive Heritage Center—with its exhibits, theatre, library, Museum Store, and more. They can browse historic, restored barns filled with incredible collections,visit the vintage dealerships spanning many decades, and the 1930s Shell gas station. And, don’t forget to talk to your group coordinator about lunch at George & Sally’s authentic 1941 Silk City Diner!

Check out our FREE educational programs for students! We encourage all school groups to explore the ever-expanding Gilmore Car Museum. Our onsite educators will customize a lesson plan that works for you. And the best part: all K-12 school groups are welcome to our facility for free.
