Development Coordinator – Full Time
The Development Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of a strategic development plan for fundraising. This includes the development the donor pool, corporate donors, sponsorship, and grant solicitations. Represents the museum with membership and donors to cultivate and/or enhance relationships and solicit funding. Manages the Volunteer Program including recruitment, orientation, training, and tracking volunteer activities. Monitors local, regional and national trends and adapts fundraising plans as needed. Identify and develop corporate, community and individual prospects for the organization’s fundraising priorities. Ensures working knowledge of all major programming to enhance ability to match funding opportunities with Museum programming.
