The Ultimate Barn Find!
This experimental Twin Six racer was built by Packard in 1916 following the racing success of Ralph De Palma in the very similar Packard “299.” In 1920, this car was shipped to Argentina where it won the “Championship of the Mile.”
It raced successfully throughout South America until the end of the decade and was discovered in Paraguay, amazingly intact, 70 years later.
