"Driving Through The Jim Crow Era" John Burton, Historian & Robin Nott, Musician

Robin Nott has been a Fine Arts educator for over 42 years, teaching and directing theatre in public school, community theatre, and university theatre settings. Robin holds a Master's degree in Developmental Drama/Theatre for the Young, and has had a storytelling business (Shadygrove Storytelling) since 1983. Robin has been a musician since his early garage band days in 1964, playing in bands, folk singing with children, and leading adult education learning gatherings for Great Lakes Acoustic Music Assn.  For the program "Driving Through The Jim Crow era," Nott brings together classic blues, country, folk, and spiritual music to accompany the educational road trip.

The Gilmore Car Museum’s annual Winter Lecture Series is highly anticipated every year! Every Sunday afternoon at 3 pm January through April visitors can enjoy a different guest presenter speaking on a variety of intriguing topics. Admission to each lecture FREE for members, included in general admission and is just $5/person if you're only coming to take in the Lecture!
